Your account and media

AICountryVideo processes account information, uploaded portraits and generated videos to provide the service. Uploaded portraits and results are private account resources. Public examples are not a public customer gallery.

Video processing

Creating a video requires sending the required inputs to the selected AI provider. Account ownership checks protect access to portraits and generated results. Hosting and storage services process data needed to deliver your result. See the Studio for the input formats and sizes supported by the service.

Browser and technical data

Necessary session cookies and browser storage support sign-in and saved task or order identifiers. Selected portraits are not stored in browser storage. Hosting services process ordinary request data. Optional analytics follows your cookie choice and the published Cookie Policy.

Retention and your requests

We retain account, media and task information as needed to provide saved results and resolve service or order issues. Contact support@aicountryvideo.com for access, correction, deletion or privacy questions. Requests may require identity verification, and some records may need to be retained for accounting or legal purposes. Download completed videos you wish to keep. Do not include passwords, API keys, card details or private portraits in an initial email.
